Photo Workshop in Morocco

National Geographic Photographer Ira Block will be leading a workshop to the mythical land of Morocco this September.
Travel with us to the imperial cities of Fez, Meknes and Marrakech. With their spectacular souks and vivid mosaics, we’ll meander through their ancient medinas, camera in hand. We’ll also explore Morocco’s diverse landscapes; the cities, the dunes, the palm oasis and the mountains. Take part in a camel trek across the desert sands of Merzouga and photograph the sun as it sets over the Sahara. Sleep in a traditional Berber tent. We’ll discover the UNESCO sites of Ait Benhaddou, where so many feature films have been shot, and we’ll wander among the Roman ruins of Volibilis. Hands on technical classes and daily critiques will take your photography to the next level.
